The sofa bed was worn out. You could feel the springs in the mattress. The room wasn’t clean. Dirty rags left in the shower area

I liked that staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and the beds were also very comfortable! They offered a great variety of breakfast food and even had almond milk, which I liked very much since I'm unable to drink regular milk.

Wrong room was given to me and they’re still taking money out of my account for some odd reason. We checked out at 6:30am, never ate breakfast, we were beyond ready to leave. This is my 3rd review bc y’all keep sending them taking up my time. I checked out last week. I do believe it’s time to leave me alone

The interior design in the lobby is beautiful. There’s a large mirror that was honestly one of the reasons I booked here again. The room was very clean and the bed slept comfortably.
